Lan Do & Associates sends SMS text messages to contracted interpreters about their assignments. Messages include offers of new assignments, confirmations of booked assignments, and reminders the day before an assignment. We do not send marketing or promotional messages.
How you opt in
Interpreters agree to receive these messages inside our contractor portal, by selecting “Text me assignment updates” and clicking Confirm on the text message consent screen. Opting in is voluntary and is not a condition of working with us. Because the portal requires a sign-in, we show the consent screen and its exact wording on our How interpreters opt in page.

Message frequency varies with your assignment activity. Message and data rates may apply.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You can also contact us at (510) 748-9200 or lda@landoassociates.com to be removed.
